What is the holiday shipping deadline for 2014?
For expected delivery Dec 24, order with Priority before Dec 19 or with One-Day before Dec 22. Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid delay. USPS Mondy-back guarantee for One-Day delivery is suspended for shipments mailed Dec 22-25.
We are closed from Dec 24 to Dec 26. Order processing will be resumed on Dec 29. We will also be closed on Dec 31 and Jan 1. Order processing will be resumed on Jan 2.
What are the available shipping methods?
We offer three different shipping classes. All packages are trackable.
Standard: USPS First Class package or Fedex Group. Average 3 to 6 business days. Delivery on a specific date is not guaranteed.
Priority: USPS Priority or Fedex 2-day. Delivery within 3 business days for most areas.Delivery on a specific date is not guaranteed.
One-Day: USPS Express or Fedex One-Day. Overnight delivery to most areas with a money-back guarantee.
What is your turn around / handling time?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. It can take up to 3 business days during peak season. All images need to be reviewed by our staff to ensure they meet the USPS custom postage image guidelines.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date, our turn around time, and your choice of shipping class. Expected waiting time: 3-8 business days for Standard, 2-5 business days for Priority, 1-3 days for One-Day.
What if my order does not delivery on time?
Money-back delivery time guarantee is provided for One-Day shipping. If it doesn't get delivered on time, we will issue a full refund plus shipping fee.
What is your return policy?
If your item was defective or damaged in shipment, we will issue you a full refund. You need to return all the stamps unused to us in order to get the refund. If you wish to return your stamp for any other reason, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee on the total cost of the order. You must return all 20Stamps stamps in order to receive this refund. Shipping cost are not refundable.
Custom cards cannot be returned.
What about undeliverable packages?
Occasionally packages are turned to us as undeliverable. Those packages will be hold at our warehouse and not to be re-shipped until new addresses are provided by customers. Additional $2 service fee will be charged in additional to the shipping fee. Payment link
What if my package tracking shows status not updated?
Priority package not deliveried after ten business days and first class packages not deliveried after twenty business days are considered lost and will be issued a full refund.
